He married BLANCHE ELIZABETH BRAIN of St George, Bristol, August 1st 1925 at St Ambrose, Whitehall, Bristol daughter of WILLIAM BRAIN and ALICE BRAIN (nee BANFIELD)
of 25 Speedwell Road, St George, Bristol. Edwin's father had been born in Yeovil, Somerset. Edwin's mother Sarah was his father's second wife. Edwin Creese and Blanche Elizabeth Creese (nee Brain) were parents of my mother JOAN MARGARET CREESE
