grandfather was born six months later.

MARY ANN MOORE, bapt March 12th 1826 in Rackenford, Devon; died Aft. 1881 in Stoodleigh, Devon?.
She was the daughter of JOHN MOORE (Butcher of Knowston, Devon) and his first wife ANN MOORE (formerly
BALE .John was her second husband) (nee UNKNOWN).Ann was a widow when she married Mary Ann's father.
Mary Ann's mother was buried 20th June 1828 (probably as the after effects of childbirth) at Rackenford, Devon
when Mary Ann was two or three years old. Mary Ann's sister Rachel Moore born (?) 8th June 1828 Rackenford
and was buried aged 11 weeks 6th November 1828 at Rackenford, Devon.

Mary Ann's father re-married to Elizabeth Gunn on 23rd October 1833 at Rackenford, Devon and they
were parents of Mary Ann's half brothers and sisters.

my grandmother Lilian Gibbons is at this time living at Redccliff Square, Bristol. No idea if they
would have known of each others existance.

BRISTOL TIMES & MIRROR Friday May 6 1881 Yesterday morning a sad accident, which has since proved fatal happened to a man named Robert Gibbons 35 years of age who, resided at Fraser Street Windmill Hill Bedminster . It appeared that Deceased who was in the employ of the Bristol Tramways Co as a Chaff Cutter while engaged in oiling one of the machines accidentally got entangled in the machinery. He was at once conveyed from Colston Street where the accident occurred, to the infirmary and it was there found that one of his legs and his thigh were bricken and his head severely injured . He was admitted about 12 in the morning and died at 5.30 PM .The same evening. Deceased leaves a wife and 5 children totally unprovided for. An inquest will probably heard today.
