Devon ? He was the son of JOHN MOORE and ANN MOORE (nee UNKNOWN).
His mother died after 1861. He married (1) ANN BALE ( nee UNKNOWN).
She was a widow and had married previously a Mr. Bale (of Knowstone or perhaps
Rackenford, Devon?).
ANN BALE (nee UNKNOWN) born in Rackenford, Devon?; died June 20th 1828 (probably as a result of childbirth) at Rackenford, Devon. The child Rachel died aged 21 weeks in November 1828
