My (favourite) gt aunt Florence Gertrude Taylor (1890 - 1980) (Auntie Gertie) I knew her well. We visited her and her sister Elsie most Saturdays. And they occasionally baby sat us. She was a lovely kind soul. Both Aunts had been offered marriage several times. Some of their intended perished in the First World War. They remained until they died Miss Taylor and Miss Elsie Taylor.
